Schedule practice time

Follow the notebook to stay on track and to have a focused and productive practice session.

What happens the first lesson?

Bring your clarinet and any music you need. If you purchase equipment and books off of the list, that is way awesome, but totally not required!

Come ready to play something you have been working on. If it is your first time, just be ready to learn something new about how to play the instrument and about yourself. Everyone has unique advantages and disadvantages when it comes to making music and making a sound on their instrument. The lesson is to inform you of you own strengths and inform you what to work on to get better. Lessons are designed to teach the student how to become their own teacher.

Everyone is looking for something a little different, some families are looking for a way to college, others are looking for just a little help with the instrument, it depends on the family. If I think there is a better teacher out there for you, I will connect you with them free of charge. I want the best experience for your child and for them to develop a life long love for music and learning. Questions are always welcome through email clarinetidaho@gmail.com.
